Sinopse: Em "Arrow", o bilionário e playboy Oliver Queen desaparece após um naufrágio. Cinco anos mais tarde é descoberto numa remota ilha deserta no Pacífico.
Apesar de o receber de braços abertos, a família nota que algo nele mudou. Oliver tenta esconder a verdade e emendar alguns dos erros que cometeu anteriormente. Em segredo, cria uma personagem a que dá o nome de Arrow, um vigilante noturno dedicado a combater as injustiças da sociedade.
